Everything starts with the on-site survey: we assess fabric, moisture and service routes, clarify wishes and budget, and define the scope in writing. You receive a fixed-price offer with clear line items – no 'approximate' sums that grow on site.

Execution follows a fixed order: protection and strip-out, first fix, drywall and screed, waterproofing and tiling, finishes and final fit. Drying times are respected, not argued away. At the end we walk through the result together and hand over the documentation – including the records landlords and building management want to see.

The range is wide and depends on condition, area and specification – redecorating with new finishes costs a fraction of a full core renovation with new electrics and bathrooms. It can only be quoted seriously after a site visit; our initial consultation and fixed-price offer are free.

Yes. At the Stadtpalais Nassau we renovated and fitted out listed building fabric. We work with reversible, fabric-friendly solutions and coordinate measures with the relevant authorities.

For partial renovations (e.g. bathroom only) usually yes – we work in sections and keep dust control and site hours disciplined. For core renovations we recommend moving out temporarily; we discuss this honestly up front.

A bathroom typically takes two to four weeks; a complete apartment from several weeks to a few months depending on scope. Your quote includes a schedule with realistic buffers – and we tell you when something shifts, not on handover day.

Yes. As the main contractor we coordinate the specialist trades involved and take responsibility for the overall sequence – you have one conversation with us instead of five with individual firms.
