Good interior work decides how a space feels: how it sounds, how it is lit, how its surfaces age. CAVCON plans and delivers interior fit-out in Berlin for private clients, offices, medical practices and retail spaces – from a single room to a complete tenant build-out.
Our core trade is drywall construction: metal-stud partitions, wall linings, suspended ceilings and service voids, complemented by flooring work and – as an experienced tiling team – premium tiled surfaces in kitchens and bathrooms. The fit-out comes from one source, without friction between trades.

One contact from survey to handover: we coordinate all trades involved, maintain dust and noise protection, and hand over broom-clean – with a fixed-price offer instead of open-ended timesheets.

Metal stud framing with single or double boarding – with acoustic or moisture-resistant boards where needed, finished to quality levels Q2 to Q4.

From levelling the substrate to the finished covering – tiles, vinyl or laminate, matched to how the space is used.
Practices, offices and shops: we take rented shells to ready-to-use condition – including coordination of electrical and plumbing trades.
Surfaces finished to the quality level your paint or wallpaper requires – from Q2 (standard) to Q4 (critical raking light).
Quality & workmanship
You can't tell from the outside what a drywall partition is worth. What counts are stud spacing, insulation infill, board quality and how the junctions are detailed. We install systems from established manufacturers and advise you where double boarding, acoustic profiles or fire-rated boards (e.g. for F30 requirements) pay off – and where they would be wasted money.
Skimming follows the defined quality levels Q1 to Q4, so the surface grade you will receive is agreed before work starts – essential for anything that will stand in raking light. We hand over surfaces ready for decoration, with documentation.
