Artisan gastronomy meets modern spatial design
WÖH12 combines traditional craftsmanship with contemporary aesthetics. CAVCON took on the complete interior redesign – from floor laying in the production and sales zone to the tiled wall surfaces in the baking area.
The WÖH12 steam-bread bakery combines production and retail under one roof – an environment with high demands on hygiene, slip resistance and durability. CAVCON was responsible for renovation and tiling, aligned with the workflow of a food business.
In production and retail areas every joint counts: surfaces must be easy to clean, resistant to chemicals and temperature, and provide sure footing even when wet. We laid hard-wearing porcelain stoneware with appropriate slip resistance, executed watertight junctions and phased the renovation so operations stayed predictable.
