Stadtpalais Nassau placed special demands: heritage-compliant renovation combined with contemporary interior build. CAVCON restored historic floor coverings, fitted new bathrooms in natural stone and upgraded the building envelope energetically – all in compliance with listed building regulations.
Stadtpalais Nassau is a listed building – renovation and interior fit-out had to respect the historic fabric while enabling today's living comfort. CAVCON modernised with a light, fabric-friendly touch.
Listed fabric demands sensitivity: we worked with reversible, substance-preserving solutions, retained details worth protecting and coordinated measures with those involved. The fit-out introduces new services and surfaces without overwriting the character of the rooms.
