What this is about
A new build is the rare chance to get everything right: floor plans, service routes, finishes – nothing has to be planned around existing fabric. So that this chance isn't lost in interface problems between a dozen individual trades, you need a partner who thinks of the fit-out as a whole.
CAVCON takes on the trades that turn a shell into a finished building: interior fit-out and drywall, screed and floor build-ups, tiling and bathroom completion, facade and outdoor facilities – coordinated from one source, with a firm schedule and a fixed price.
We work for private clients, developers and companies in Berlin and Brandenburg, and nationwide on a project basis. The Villa zum Herren – high-end residential construction with around 480 m² of tiled surfaces – shows the standard to which we finish new buildings.
Our standard
Interfaces are our job, not yours: we align trades, lead times and drying phases so the move-in date holds – and we tell you in good time if anything threatens the plan.
Scope of services
We accompany the shell phase from a fit-out perspective: openings, service routes and tolerances are checked before they become expensive.
Drywall, ceilings, floors, doors, finishes – the entire fit-out from bare concrete to move-in-ready space.
As experienced tilers we finish bathrooms and kitchens in new builds to a high standard – including waterproofing and large formats.
Floating screed, insulation and service layers, coverings – engineered to load and floor finish.
Insulation, render and final coating of the building envelope – aligned with the energy requirements of the GEG.
Paths, terraces, fencing: the landscaping finish that turns a construction site into a completed property.
Quality & workmanship
New-build deadlines rarely fail because of one trade – they fail at the transitions. Screed that isn't dry when the floor layer arrives; bathrooms whose waterproofing waits for the tile delivery. Our schedule therefore maps not only trades but drying and inspection times – the invisible items that cannot be negotiated away.
We assure quality through defined interim inspections: flatness before covering, watertightness before tiling, function tests before service voids are closed. What has been inspected and documented never has to be chiselled open later – the cheapest route to a defect-free building.

Our core is the complete fit-out from shell to turnkey handover – including coordination of the specialist trades involved. The shell itself we deliver with proven partners depending on the project; just talk to us about your plans.
Yes. Alongside private clients we work for developers, investors and companies – with reliable schedules, documented interim inspections and one fixed contact per project.
That you take over a ready-to-use space: floors laid, bathrooms functional, walls finished, handover protocol and documentation included. The exact scope is defined in writing beforehand – so 'turnkey' is never a matter of interpretation.
Ideally before the shell design is finalised: service routes, floor build-ups and tile formats can then still be accommodated at no extra cost. But we also join ongoing projects in a structured way.
Our focus is Berlin and Brandenburg (e.g. Potsdam, Falkensee, Bernau). For larger projects we work throughout Germany – logistics are priced transparently into the offer.
